Erbil, KRI (August 17, 2021) - Rwanga Foundation Conducted a retreat for its HQ Staff members in Erbil International Hotel. The retreat was facilitated by Sazan Mandalawi - a professional trainer - and included activities for communications, leadership, task management, and teamwork skills.

The retreat was held by the participation of 46 staff members of the Rwanga Foundation HQ office in Erbil. The aim of the retreat was to give the team members a rest day away of work environment. Team building and leisure activities gave the team a leisure day to perform some fun activities and get to be more familiar and in better communication with their colleagues. Another goal of the activity was to introduce the staff with more ways and techniques in order to be more productive and enhance their communications and task management skills in the workplace.

 “This retreat is a great chance for the staff to be more familiar with each other, the included activities were very refreshing, entertaining, informative” said Khalat Ahmed, Director of Operations and Finance at Rwanga Foundation.
