Rwanga Hall in Halabja

Rwanga Hall in Halabja was constructed under the honorable duty of Idris Nechirvan Barzani, President and Founder of Rwanga Foundation, and presented as a prestigious gift to the city.

In a dignified ceremony, attended by the Governor of Halabja, distinguished figures, and local residents, the inauguration and official handover of Rwanga Hall took place.

Rwanga Hall was built on an area of 9,600 square meters—30% of which is dedicated to green space. The foundation stone was laid in 2023, and by 2025 the hall was completed.

The hall can host 506 attendees and is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced sound, lighting, screen projection, and fire safety systems. The complex also features staff offices, a gallery, a conference hall, and a Roman-style theater.

As a landmark venue, Rwanga Hall is dedicated to promoting culture, education, official gatherings, and social events in the city of Halabja.
