Halabja, KRI (August 2023) - An extensive pedagogy training program was conducted by the Rwanga Foundation in collaboration with the Halabja General Directorate of Education for 100 teaching staff. The courses took place over eight days at the Halabja Martyr Training Directorate.

This initiative was aimed at elevating the knowledge of educators and equipping them with contemporary teaching methodologies.

The comprehensive training regimen, spanning a two-week duration, was designed to immerse educators in innovative pedagogical practices. The curriculum included a diverse range of topics, such as Innovative Pedagogical Approaches, Assessment and Creating Learning Environments, Student-Centered Learning, and Competency-Based Education.

Conducted on four separate days each week, with each session extending for four hours, the training program was tailored to accommodate the busy schedules of the participating teachers. The meticulous planning and implementation of this training initiative reflect the commitment of the Rwanga Foundation to enhance the quality of education, which is one of the main sectors the foundation focuses on, in the region.

The participants expressed their deep satisfaction and gratitude for the opportunity to enhance their teaching skills. Many teachers noted that the knowledge gained during the program would undoubtedly have a positive impact on their students' learning experiences.
