Today, in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, the Deputy Minister, the Mayor of Qaladze, the Joint Crisis Coordination Centre (JCC), the Directors of the Vocational Training Centers of Sulaymaniyah and Qaladze, and members of the local community, Rwanga Foundation held the completion and handover ceremony of the Autism Center and Training Center in Qaladze and presented them to the relevant directorates.
The Qaladze Autism Center underwent a comprehensive work, which included painting the walls, installing new doors and windows, fitting special child-friendly tiles, and reorganizing the water and sewage networks. The center was also fully equipped with office furniture (sofas, desks, chairs, wooden cabinets, split ACs, refrigerators, and whiteboards), technological necessities (computers, 4K screens, and mind development toys), and an advanced surveillance system.
Similarly, Rwanga Foundation completely established the Qaladze Vocational Training Center, providing over 330 specialized tools and equipment for mobile repair and technology. The supplied items included lab equipment (microscopes, hot air guns, heaters, and testers), precision tools (multimeters, UV lights, and chargers), spare parts, work supplies, office furniture, and electrical appliances.
The renovation of these centers marks a significant step toward serving children with autism in a specialized and professional environment, as well as developing the vocational skills of the youth in the fields of technology and mobile repair within the region.
